Rice, done the proper way
At L'Arrosseria, rice takes centre stage. We cook every paella to order, with homemade stock and good produce: seafood paella, black rice with clams or mountain-style rice, always cooked just right and with the socarrat, the crispy layer at the bottom of the pan. To start, we suggest dishes to share, such as baby squid, mussels or our homemade croquettes. We are on Carrer de la Vall, in Andorra la Vella: a place to gather around a good paella, for lunch or dinner.
